Lurking through the shadows, evading being seen, the young man glid through the forest. Barely disturbing the branches and leaves on the forest floor, he slid almost like a cat.

But beneath all this apparent serenity, his heart pounded like a smith on his anvil. He could swear that anyone within a thousands leagues had to be able to hear him. Apparently no one did though, since he was still alone and not a shout or a word was uttered at him. One more tree, one more passing cleared. Almost there now, almost done with what he had to do.
Almost a clearing, almost a mission accomplished.

The barge lay on the shore as it was supposed to, gently rocking in the calm spring breeze. He quietly went into the still cold waters of Lady Lake and with a few swim-strokes, got to where he was heading. He quietly levered himself onto the barge, snuck towards a nearby door, opened it and stepped through.

“Nobody there”, he thought as he stepped towards the far corner of the room. But as he almost felt secure a voice very well known to him startled him:
“And where have you been, my dear knabe? Have you been off with that Neuvolk girl again? Do you not know that she is no good for you?”

With a sigh the young man, still wet from top to toe, sat on his bed and sighed:
“Yes mutti, I know...”

High class litterature...

I was playing a game awhile back which required oneself to write fiction. And since I like writing fiction (and since no-one else will publish it), I'm going to publish them here, from time to time.

Looks like my life has taken a turn for the unemployed since I last wrote anything here. It was actually a mutual decision between my boss and me to terminate the contract at Lidl, and thus I once again have plenty of time to relax in a sofa... however, with a guilty concience, since I ought to be applying for more work than I am. But I recon 40 applications in a month ain't all that bad, right?

It's de weekend...

Wohoo! Friday night and no more work for two whole days!

Damn, I never thought I could appreciate this, this much when I was at the university playing around (eh... studying). But here it is, two whole days of not having to do anything I don't want to. It sure is great!

So, what to do?

Well, Peter's coming to see me from Göteborg and we're bound to do some partying along with general sofarelaxing, x-box-playing, trashtalking, beerdrinking, pizzaeating and whatever else springs to mind. Which probably will amount to a very high-class weekend. The only problem being that I won't be half as relaxed and unwinded that I ought to be when reality returns on monday. But procastrination is a good thing, right?

And that's it for now... over and out.

Been awhile

So, it's been awhile since I've written anything here. Recon it's time to do something about that and type whatever's on my mind.

I should actually be tinking about going to bed since I need to get up at six tomorrow. This since I've got a shitload to do at work and will most definately be doing overtime... tomorrow... as always... phew.

Well, might aswell say what I'm doing for a living aswell since I haven't had much time to relax in a sofa for the last couple of months. I'm supposedly a coordinator at Lidl... which in other words means that I oversee when people unpack and sort boxes with goods that the stores have sent back. This I do for most of the day, since I've got people unpacking and sorting for over ten hours each day and each and every one of them doesn't do j-k s-t unless I'm there. Whoppedidooo! I just love those manual labourers.

But the weekend will probably be fun. Am getting some guests from out of town, a few old buddies from Linköping. So I'm looking forward to beer-drinking, trash-talking, failed pick-upping and nice pizas ;)

Well... that's it for now.
